Ms. Grace Maina joined Rachier & Amollo LLP in May 2021 as a pupil. She undertook her pupillage and holding over and upon successfully being admitted to the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya joined the firm in May 2022.

Ms. Maina holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons.) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law in Nairobi. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Kenya Branch.

At the firm Ms. Maina is an Associate in the the Litigation Department and has handled various matters in Civil litigation, Commercial Litigation, Employment and Labor Relations, Children and Family Law, Legal & Regulatory Compliance Audits and Electrol Law, with a key focus on Commercial Transactions, Tax Law and Arbitration.

She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and enjoys literature.

Jean is a seasoned conveyancing lawyer admitted to the Kenyan Bar in 2010. Jean demonstrates a mastery of skills and experience in the field for over ten(10) years.
