Kevin Wakwaya

Mr. Kevin Wakwaya joined Rachier & Amollo Advocates LLP in 2014 as an associate after successfully completing his bar exams. Mr. Wakwaya is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds an LLB from Moi University and a postgraduate Diploma in Law in the Kenya School of Law.

At the firm, Mr. Wakwaya is a Partner specializing in General Commercial Tax and Civil Litigation Department. He is experienced and proficient in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) including arbitration and mediation, Environment and Land Disputes, Employment and Labour disputes resolution, Oil and Gas Law, Constitutional Law and Commercial Law with a bias in Company Law, Tax Law, Intellectual Property Law and Public interest Litigation.

He also practices Legal & Regulatory Audits and consultancy having led the firm’s audit teams in offering exemplary service to Blue-Chip companies, Telco’s, Media companies and Parastatals.
