The Firm realizes that there are instances when it is imperative to institute and defend suits on behalf and for the benefit of the public and in defence of the Constitution and the law of the land. The Firm, therefore, established this Department to cater for the instances when it is important to litigate for the public good.
Through this Department, the Firm also examines disputes where citizens of the Republic seek pro bono legal services. Through strategic partnerships with organizations such as FIDA, KELIN, LSK among others, indigents are able to receive free legal services.
